SEI Credit Union Privacy Policy
SEI Credit Union is committed to making available financial products and services that will enable our members to meet their financial goals. Protecting personal information and using it in a manner consistent with our member’s expectations is a high priority for everyone associated with our credit union.

SEI Credit Union will collect only personal information that is necessary to conduct business. The credit union will share information only to administer the products and services provided, when required to do so by the government, or when the credit union partners with other businesses to offer a broader array of products and services.

SEI Credit Union will protect the personal information of our members. The credit union will maintain strong security controls to ensure that member information that is on computers and files is protected. Where appropriate, security coding techniques will be used to protect against unauthorized access to personal records, ensure accuracy and integrity of communications and transactions, and protect member confidentiality.

Members will always have access to their information. They have the opportunity to review their information and make necessary changes to ensure that the credit union’s records are complete and accurate.

SEI Credit Union will partner only with businesses that follow strict confidentiality requirements. The businesses the credit union selects will offer products designed to enhance our member’s economic wellbeing. Under no circumstances will the credit union authorize the firms to charge member’s accounts without consent and we sell member information to telemarketing firms.

SEI Credit Union will offer our members a choice on how their information is used. Any member of the credit union may elect to keep their information from being shared with the credit union’s business partners. The credit union will inform the member on what to do and will take all reasonable steps to make sure the request is followed. At least once a year, the credit union will remind all members of their right to choose.
